Individual Tax

Base fee:

  • Individual Tax Return preparation and filing starting at ¥30,000

  • Ad-hoc consultation and support, starting at ¥15,000/h

  • Preparation and filling of annual income tax return. Fees differ largely based on the complexity (foreign assets, income earned abroad, trading, crypto currency, etc.).

  • Support with bookkeeping and accounting administration.

  • Discussion, preparation and submission of forms to relevant tax authorities.

Corporation Tax

We partner with businesses of all sizes to handle tax filings and bookkeeping - offering practical support and peace of mind every step of the way.

Base fee:

  • Corporate Tax Return preparation and filing, starting at ¥200,000

  • Ad-hoc consultation and support, starting at ¥15,000/h

  • Preparation and filling of corporate and consumption tax return, including closing the books.

  • We provide monthly tax support as your tax representative, handling strategy, fillings, and communication with the tax authority on your behalf.

  • Support on cloud-based bookkeeping.

  • Payroll related support and year-end adjustments.

  • Discussion, preparation and submission of forms to relevant tax authorities.

Sole Proprietorship

  • We provide monthly tax support as your tax representative, handling strategy, fillings, and communication with the tax office on your behalf.

  • Preparation and filling of consumption tax.

  • Support with bookkeeping and accounting administration
